Celebrating the Christmas season includes hearing your favorite Christmas songs, here is a list of the 5 best Christmas Albums for your collection.  Your favorite Christmas songs create memories that will last a lifetime.  You may be heading out of town with friends, your date or family for a Christmas get together, so don't forget to include your favorite Christmas tunes.  Another good time to play the best Christmas album is while you are driving through town checking out the Christmas lights and decorations. This collection includes modern songs and remakes of classics.

  1. "Christmas Time Again" by Lynyrd Skynyrd. If you have a special place in your heart for some good old fashion Southern Rock, then this Christmas Album is a must for your music collection.  Released in 2009, Lynyrd Skynyrd includes some original and classic Christmas tunes on this album.  Enjoy a Southern Rock version of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "Santa Claus is Coming to Town".  To make this Christmas album rock a bit more, there is a song from 38 Special titled "Hallelujah! It's Christmas."

NoW: "That's What I call a Country Christmas". This 2009 Christmas album has 29 Christmas favorite and classic songs from everyone old and new in Country music. Even if Country Music is not your favorite, this Christmas album is full of Christmas songs everyone loves. Enjoy "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer" sang by the original singer Gene Autry to new favorites such as Taylor Swifts, "Christmases When You Were Mine."

Holiday collections are always your best bet when selecting a Christmas music collection, this music from the 1980's is a bit more playful and fun than most. The music from the 1980's is charismatic and is sure to be a hit for anyone who is in the Christmas mood. Enjoy "Christmas Is The Time To Say " I Love You" by Billy Squire or "Jingle Bell Rock" by Hall & Oats.

Released in 2003, this Christmas Album is compiled from various Motown collections from various artist. This album includes such favorites as "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" by the Jackson 5 and "Someday at Christmas" by the legendary Stevie Wonder. Most of the collection is a festive selection of original songs such as Marvin Gaye's antiwar holiday song "I Want to Come Home for Christmas" and The Four Tops' duet with Aretha Franklin "Christmas Here With You."
  5. "Chipmunks Roasting on an Open Fie" by Bob Rivers. Here we have a comedy style Christmas album that will have you cracking up over a glass of eggnog. These Christmas songs are defiantly for adults, because the kids just wouldn't appreciate them.  Sing along with Bob to favorites such as "Homeless on the Holidays" and "Santa Claus is Foolin' Around." Bob Rivers is a lot of fun to listen to, another favorite is the "Carol of the Bartenders" that reminds us all, don't drink and drive.
