What you will need to make this repair:
- Skateboard with cracked deck
- Epoxy
- Sandpaper
- Putty scrapper
- X-acto knife
- Grip tape
- Secure your skateboard so it does not roll. If you need to, remove the trucks and lay the skateboard on a flat surface. Use the X-acto knife to cut and inch square around the crack in the deck.
- Use the putty scrapper to remove the piece of grip tape you just cut. Examine the crack and clean away any debris. Liberally apply the epoxy. Use the putty scrapper to force the epoxy into the crack.
- Allow to dry for 24 hours. Use the sandpaper to smooth out the epoxy. Cut out a piece of grip tape the same sixe as the piece removed. Reapply the grip tape. The skateboard is repaired and ready to go.
