Once the infection has occurred it should be removed immediately. Before attempting to remove any infection, consult a trained computer technician. You should also be careful making any changes to your registry, if you don’t feel comfortable, consult a professional. You may also start your computer in safemode to remove the infection.

1. Stop all processes associated with the infection. You will perform this using the task manager. Choose ctrl+alt+del on your keyboard. This brings up the Windows task manager dialog box. Choose the "process" tab. Locate any files associated with a360. Click on top of it and choose "end process. You will see a warning messaging asking you to continue to terminate the process. Choose "yes.” Choose “close” to close the dialog box.
2. Perform a search for all a360 files in the registry. Choose "start" in the bottom left hand corner of your keyboard. Choose "run." In the run box, type "regedit." This brings up the registry editor.
3. Search the registry by choosing "edit" on the menu bar, then "find." Type "360" in the "find what" box. Allow the computer to search for any files. If files are found, choose the file and click "delete."
   
4. Perform a scan with reputable virus removal software, such as Malwarebytes. Allow it to detect the a360 virus file and remove it.
5. Restart your computer. Once you have logged back into your computer, verify that the a360 virus has been removed.
