If you feel you've wronged someone, you should learn how to send a message to someone to apologize for your mistake. No one is prefect and beyond making mistakes, but the key is learning from those mistakes and apologizing for them. There is nothing wrong with eating a little humble pie every once in a while. Often, when a person has made a mistake, rather than taking the high road and just swallowing his pride and apologizing, he choose to be stubborn and risks losing someone close to him. All that is needed in these situations is a simple apology that can be done with a thoughtful message.

  1. Apologize with a humorous card. Put a little thought into picking the right message you want to convey. If possible, pick a card that may coincide with whatever you are apologizing for. You can also add a few of your own words to show her you are genuinely sorry for the mistake you’ve made.

  2. An unexpected bouquet of flowers along with the right message should do the trick. If it’s not in your budget, you can still be creative and give her two flowers with a sweet little note. Say the first flower is to apologize for the first mistake and the second flower is for the second mistake you are sure to make, and then add whatever else to the note you like. You’ll get a little smile, but forgiveness is what you are really looking for, and that you are sure to get.

  3. Send her and apology message at work. Have a cute little mug with some of her favorite little treats, keep sakes or a little of both inside of it with your apology card inside. Just watching all of the ladies being envious of her because of the sweet little jester from you will make her want to forgive you. It doesn’t have to be broadcast that you are apologizing for a mistake you made.

  4. Give her and original gift that shows you are truly sorry. This is an inexpensive gift that she will definitely want to keep, put a bow on yourself with a message. Say you wanted to give her a gift from the heart that shows how sorry you are for the mistake you've made and the gift you thought she really deserve to have is you. Tell her don’t take too long to open it.

  5. Write her a poem to apologize for your mistake. It can be a poetic message in your own words or the words of a poet, as long as it is clear that you are remorseful and you are trying to rectify what you did.

  6. Cut her a CD with songs on their apologizing. If you really want to give her a good laugh, make her a little you tube video with you singing your very own lyrics apologizing for your mistake. Nothing gets her to accept your apology like making a fool out of yourself for her.

Text messages and emails are not very original; those are done all day.  Whatever way you decide to apologize for your mistake, just make sure it’s genuine and from the heart.
