Most Popular Wii Games

There are a lot of Wii games available today but some of the most popular Wii games really do stand out above the rest. These are games that you will definitely want to try out for yourself. Some of the popular Wii games include:

  1. Super Smash Brothers Brawl. While this game is a lot of fun to play alone, it is even better in multiplayer mode. This is actually the third installment from Nintendo’s Super Smash Brothers. It includes the features that made the first two versions great, as well as some great new features too (i.e. more than a dozen great stages, special moves and attacks, trophies and the final smash). You will enjoy a host of new characters in this Wii game including Sonic, Diddy Kong, Pit and Wario.
  2. Super Mario Galaxy. One of the most popular Mario Brothers games ever, in this game Mario returns for another adventure into outer space. As you follow him on his adventure you will find yourself running upside down through alien worlds, surf on oceans in the clouds, roll a ball through a treacherous garden and float in a bubble overtop of a poisonous swamp.
  3. Mario Strikers Charged Football. This is another great game that you will want to take for a test drive.  The captains from “Super Mario Strikers” return in this game along with four new ones that have their own special skills.  You can also create your own team by mixing and matching the characters.  All of this makes for some unpredictable fun soccer battles in the form of challenges, multiplayer tournaments and tutorials in this Wii game.
  4. No More Heroes. This is a gory Wii game that is made by the same people that made “Killer 7.”  In this popular Wii game, you will be playing the role of Travis Touchdown, an unconventional assassin who is armed with a beam katana. Of course, things don’t always go as planned, so you will run into several challenges along the way. While this game isn’t all that open ended, the style and story behind this game will more than make up for it.
